Individual Skills Training

 Individual or small group basketball lessons. 

We offer 1:1 training or you may ask to be in a small group with others within the same age range and/or ability. All ages welcome from 7-18 years old.

Training Sessions will include 75 minutes of: (each session tailored for athletes goals)

  • Ball-handling
  • Shooting
  • Defense
  • Footwork
  • Passing
  • Rebounding
  • Strength and conditioning
  • Speed and agility training
